The Numbers That Drive Fabriq

Tyler Baker

Everybody loves a good time capsule —
am I right? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Prior to December 2020, the company now known as Grafted was called Fabriq. This post was published during that time. Yes, our name has changed. But as you read, you'll see that one thing hasn't changed: our passion for creating impactful career communities. Enjoy this blast from the past... and then let's schedule a demo to discuss the future of career services.

At Fabriq, we're serious about solving a serious problem: that college students don't prepare adequately for career.

I've seen firsthand how this lack of preparation can crush student potential, cause students to waste years after they graduate, and spark all kinds of identity crises.

But lack of preparedness isn't just a "me" problem. It's an issue that affects college students across the country.

So today, I wanted to share some of the studies and data that drive our decision-making at Fabriq. They're the numbers that keep us up at night... and they're the numbers that fuel us to get up and grind each morning.

The studies behind the story:
